Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust launches “Care to Share”, a new way for patients to share their stories
Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust (RCHT) is proud to announce the launch of Care to Share, a new way to provide feedback, designed to make it easier than ever for patients, service users, their families and carers to share their experiences directly with RCHT and its departments.
Whether it’s a story of outstanding treatment, a suggestion for improvement, or a moment that made a difference, Care to Share empowers patients to have their voices heard and shape the future of healthcare in Cornwall.
Megan Nicholls, Patient Engagement Manager, said:
“Care to Share is more than a feedback tool, it’s a way for patients to feel truly heard. Every story submitted is read, acknowledged, and responded to with care. We’re committed to making sure that every voice helps shape the future of our services.”
Bernadette George, Director of Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions, said:
“Listening to our patients is central to compassionate, high-quality care. This platform gives us a direct line to the experiences that matter most, helping us celebrate what we do well and learn where we can do better. It’s a vital step in building trust and improving care across RCHT.”
The platform is now live and accessible via the RCHT website.
