Looking back on a year of care at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust
We’ve released a new film celebrating some of the achievements, milestones and memorable moments from 2025-26.
Following last week’s Annual Public Meeting, the short film highlights the dedication of staff across our organisation and reflects on a year that saw improvements in patient care, progress on major projects, and continued efforts to support the health and wellbeing of people across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
From developing services and embracing innovation, to celebrating the achievements of colleagues and teams, the film captures the collective effort behind another busy year for RCHT.
Kim O’Keeffe, Acting Chief Executive Officer, said: “As we reflect on the past year, there is so much we can be proud of. Despite the challenges facing the NHS, our colleagues have continued to show extraordinary dedication, compassion and resilience, providing care and support to our patients, families, and communities every day.
This film gives us an opportunity to pause and recognise all that we have achieved together, to celebrate the remarkable people behind those achievements, and to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has played a part in making a difference. I am immensely grateful for all that you do. Together, we are RCHT.”
The film also marks an important moment as we look ahead to the next chapter, with the launch of our new 10-year strategy.
